License of Use Information

First Day of School

All License of Use pricing is an annual subscription (365 days) and is based upon the number of children using each License.  Each License is to be used according to the following terms as well as the Terms of Use and must be current to continue use of the ABCJLM website, links, and printed products. Licenses may be renewed to continue use by logging into your account on this website.  Renewal prices are discounted when renewed prior to the expiration date.

1) Curriculum License of Use

An active Curriculum License of Use includes:

  • A one-year (365 day) License of Use renewable at the end of the year for continued use.
  • The initial Curriculum License of Use includes one corresponding Curriculum Guide.  A Renewal License of Use does not include a book.

An active Curriculum License of Use allows you to:

  • Use the Curriculum Guide with the number of children the License of Use was purchased. 
  • Use any Supplemental Ideas on the ABCJLM website for the number of children for whom the License of Use was purchased. 

An active or inactive Curriculum License of Use does NOT allow you to:

  • Makes copies of the Curriculum Guide.
  • Copy directly from a Workbook.
  • Share the Curriculum Guide beyond the person to whom it is Licensed.
  • Sell, barter, donate, or give away the Curriculum Guide when finished using it.

An inactive Curriculum License of Use requires you to dispose of the Curriculum Guide and discontinue use of the Curriculum and ideas online.  Printed materials may not be sold, bartered, donated, or given away.  

 

2) Workbook License of Use

The Workbook License of Use may only be purchased in conjunction with the corresponding Curriculum License of Use.

An active Workbook License of Use includes:

  • A one-year (365 day) License of Use renewable at the end of the year for continued use.
  • The initial Workbook License of Use includes one corresponding Workbook.  Renewing the License of Use does not include a book.

An active Workbook License of Use allows you to:

  • Make copies of the Workbook based on the number of children for whom the Workbook License of Use was purchased according to the License Agreement and Terms of Use.  Copies may be made on your office copier or printer only.

An active or inactive Workbook License of Use does NOT allow you to:

  • Share the Workbook beyond the person to whom it is License.
  • Sell, barter, donate, or give away the Workbook when finished using it.
  • Alter the worksheets in any way.

An inactive Workbook License of Use requires you to dispose and discontinue use of the Workbook and of the worksheets. Printed materials may not be sold, bartered, donated, or given away.  

 

3) Digital Download License of Use

An active Digital Download License of Use includes:

  • A one-year (365 day) License of Use renewable at the end of the year for continued use.
  • The link to the Digital Download is provided with the invoice and is emailed to you after the purchase is completed.   

An active Digital Download License of Use allows you to:

  • Use the Digital Download with the number of children the License of Use was purchased. 
  • Print the number of copies of the Digital Downloads based on the number of children for whom the License of Use was purchased according to the License Agreement and Terms of Use.

An active or inactive Digital Download License of Use does NOT allow you to:

  • Share the Digital Download link or printable beyond the person to whom it is Licensed.
  • Sell, barter, donate, or give away the Digital Download when finished using it.
  • Alter the worksheets in any way.

An inactive Digital Download License of Use requires you to dispose and discontinue use of that printable.  Printed materials may not be sold, bartered, donated, or given away.

 

4) Bible Curriculum License of Use

An active Bible Curriculum License of Use includes:

  • A one-year (365 day) License of Use renewable at the end of the year for continued use.
  • The initial Bible Curriculum License of Use includes one corresponding Teacher's Manual.  A Renewal License of Use does not include a book.

An active Bible Curriculum License of Use allows you to:

  • Use any idea that the Teacher's Manual directly links to on the ABCJLM website with the number of children for whom the License of Use was purchased.
  • Make copies of the worksheets based on the number of children for whom the License of Use was purchased according to the License Agreement and Terms of Use.

An active or inactive Bible Curriculum License of Use does NOT allow you to:

  • Use other ideas on the ABCJLM website not directly linked to in the Teacher's Manual.
  • Sell, barter, donate, or give away the Teacher's Manual when finished using it.
  • Alter the worksheets in any way.

An inactive Bible Curriculum License of Use requires you to dispose and discontinue use of that book and the worksheets.  Printed materials may not be sold, bartered, donated, or given away.
