Canceled Orders: Money will be refunded minus Paypal's included fees. Orders cannot be cancelled once packaged and we typically package within the first few hours of ordering. Licenses and Digital Downloads are non-refundable. If the bundle is split, the digital downloads will no longer be free.
Returned Order: Any returned order will receive a $10 restocking fee per book. Licenses and Digital Downloads are non-refundable. If the bundle is split, the digital download will no longer be free. Refunds on books are permitted only if they are returned within 30 days of the order date in the original wrapping (unopened) and in perfect condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Dated material (planner/calendars) may not be returned. Conference/training tickets will receive a $10 cancellation fee. Tickets will not be refunded within a week of the conference.
Any shipment lost due to a wrong address will require reordering and/or payment for return shipping.
