This Limited General Use License (“License”) is hereby granted from JLM Media, LLC (“Licensor”) to the holder of the License (“Licensee”) a limited use of abcjesuslovesme.com the (“Site”) subject to the following terms and conditions found on the Site, and listed below.
This License shall be valid until July 31, 2025.
This License shall allow the License use of any of the curricula on the Site, subject to the following:
1. This License only applies to immediate family use of the website and products only (all others are required to purchase the license from the site).
2. All pages and worksheets for the Curriculum listed above as found at www.ABCJesusLovesMe.com website (“Site”) may be used for only the immediate family.
3. The Licensee may not add, subtract, alter, or amend any information which is located on the Site
4. No alterations may be made to any worksheet or digital download located on the Site, in the Workbook(s), and/or in a digital download.
5. The Licensee may print from the Site one (1) copy of the material for each child in the individual family, and retain any unused information or worksheets for only the period specified above.
6. After the ending date as listed above, the Licensee shall destroy all unused printed material.
7. Copies of a pre-printed Curriculum Guide and Workbooks are available to order on the site.
8. Used or unused printed materials may not be shared, sold, bartered, or given away. The Limited General Use License trumps the First Sale. The purchaser is given a License to use the material, but is not given ownership of the material.
9. This License is subject to immediate termination of this Licensor for any misuse of the License.
10. All information and worksheets on the Site are subject to the copyright of JLM Media, LLC unless credit is given to another copyright holder. Effort has been made to attribute credit to all other copyright holders.
11. The Site is not liable for damages resulting from any ideas, items, or links to other sites.
12. All information on this site is for general information purposes only, the Licensor does not give any express or implied Warranties of any information contained within a Curriculum, and specifically states that the Licensor does not Warrant the Curriculum listed above to its suitability, completeness, or quality for the teaching or use for the teaching of the children this is licensed to.
